TopBand: UA0MF active from zone 19

UA0MF has been active from zone 19 on 1.830.5 with a good signal
into Kansas around 1300 utc this week. He seems to get out better
than he receives.  Mike, UA0MF says he is active during his mornings
(20-22 utc) and evenings (12-14 utc) using a full size inverted V.
