TopBand: VK9YY - Hope for the midwest

I heard LOTS of noise this morning, but at 1215Z on 1826.55 I heard 
"..K9YY" rise out of the noise twice, on the SW Beverage, surprisingly
"loud" with that "DX sound" and vy rapid QSB.  It came and went and that
was all.
