TopBand: TL5A Update

TL5A is currently in D2-Angola.=20
He expect not to become active as D25L but do not be surprised when he =
shows up.
Return trip to TL is scheduled for Monday.

Low Band QRN was extremely high last week so less topband activity =
reported.
