TopBand: 3D2AK Sunrise

If 3D2AK wants to QSO Europe, Mid-East, etc., he should get on at his
sunrise.  Checking the packet clusters shows that he is never QRV on
160M at this time - except for a rare showing, and then he is QRV for
Japan!!!

If any of you are able - please QSP to him that he should QRV on 160M
for Europe & the Middle East at his sunrise - currently about 1739
UTC.
