Just a reminder to let all topbanders everywhere that next Saturday - 17
July - is the 1999 Pacific 160m Contest.  Below are the times/rules of
engagement.  Please support the contest - it is a lot of fun and if you
haven't worked VK/ZL on 160m or collect VK/ZL call areas, this is your big
chance.

In the last couple of years, Europe and USA stations have been worked by
several VK/ZL contestants, so please don't just write off the contest
because it is in the northern hemisphere summer.
