Topband: TOPBAND THIS AM

No, 160 isn't dead, is it Tom?  I was tuning around thisd AM and heard W8JI
work ZL2REX and a couple of VK3s.  ZL2 was 579 at one time but quickly
dropped into the noise.  Last week one evening I thought I heard G3SED on
1828 but the noise was pretty bad.

I don't have my Beverages up at this time of year and so have been listening
on a loop and a dipole.

So, one of these days the band is going to explode and I hope my ears are
clean when it does.
