I came across this item on the OHPADX Bulletin. Might be of interest on 
TopBand Reflector to those who still need CY9 on 160M. (like me) - N0JK

CY9CWI, ST. PAUL ISLAND. This island will be activated by the West Island 
ARC of Montreal from July 21-28, 1999. Operation from this DXCC country will 
be on 160-6m as conditions permit. Operation will be on or near: 1830...
