TopBand: E4 LOG UPDATE #4 - Excerpts

A new update of the logs have been received together with some comments
from Zoli HA1AG. The logs will be available at http://www.okdxc.cz/e44
around 1700 UTC today. This will be the full CW & SSB logs until 0419 UTC 
 1-Mar-99. 

>From Zoli HA1AG (in reaction to feedback I forwarded to them):

We will be 1823.6 for JA starting at 2045 qsx 9 (as every night).  

Last night 160 was in bad shape: no JA (we were heard by JA1JRK and others
with 449 compared to the 589 599 we got two days ago) only 1 US: K4PI who
was S9+ here at my sunrise 0417 but gave me only 449.
