TopBand: C21SX THIS AM

C21SX was 589 to 599 on 1831 Saturday 6 Mar 1999.  He disappeared at
1200 zulu just as I reached for key!  At the time he was louder than
VK6HD on 1829 who was 579 on QSB peaks.  

I didn't get up until 1145 zulu, so I didn't hear C21SX Sunday morning,
7 Mar 1999.
