TopBand: N4XP/V7 Report

I talked with Tom, N4XP/V7 on 10M SSB this evening.  He says he tried top band
yesterday evening at several different times, including 1000Z, 1030Z, and
1200Z, with no results.  He called CQ for 30 minutes straight at one point,
without hearing a peep.

His location is apparently very noisy, with a swimming pool close by that has
a lot of mercury vapor lamps.

He promised to try again tonite at 0800Z (March 9th, zulu) on a frequency
somewhere between 1826 and 1827.

He is leaving the island Friday local time, but promised to keep toughing it
out on top band for the duration of his stay.
