Yep, I noticed the same here.  I was still hearing him at 1150z, weak. 
At about 1130z is when he started to fall off a little, but before that
he was peaking 589+ here.   I do not have any rx antennas, just an
Inverted-L and my helpful MFJ-1026 noise killer.  I didn't use the 1026
until his signal started to drop, that's when I get some kind of weird
oscillation noise that kicks in at sunrise, so I turned the 1026 on and
peaked him.
