TopBand: T30R comments re. 160

T30R said they were active March 11 on 160M looking for North America
but few heard - this from the 10M op today at 2138 utc. He thought
conditions were "good" but the stateside ops must have been "sleeping!"
He said "0900 utc seems to be the best time" for North America.
Operating at later times - 1100 to 1500 utc conflicts with openings on
other bands to Europe. They will keep trying on 160M... Jon N0JK
