TopBand: XF4MX

XF4MX showed up around 0600 utc on CW - I heard them on my snake
receive antenna. Ran out to the garage - got the balloon inflated
and the antenna up by 0615 utc. XF4MX up to 599 with considerable
QSB - working mainly 6s, 7s, 0s and heard WA4TT make the grade.
Seem to hear OK.
