Topband: Hrd in S21

Can someone tell LA3XI that he was hrd on 1827.6kHz and called from 2348hrs
to 0000hrs on 1 Nov 99

I got several QRZs and one SRI AGN !!

He was running about 379 here in noisey (QRN) Dhaka

Will have to go and buy that 40 foot bamboo i saw down the bamboo market
and get the antenna up higher !!
