Topband: 6W6/K3IPK

Got on last night about 0430z and found 6W6/K3IPK at 1832.9 with a pile of
stations calling up.  At the point I could just barely tell he was even
there. . . he was definitely not copyable.  I sat and listened for a few
minutes hoping his signal might improve.  Sure enough about 15 minutes later
his signal came up some and I was fortunate to work him through the east
coast pile at 0450z.  He peaked here about 559.
