Topband: VQ9DX

This morning I saw VQ9DX announced on the webcluster by a UA3.  This has =
happend before with no propagation; so I thought "probably not". But =
today there he was calling CQ on 1828.1, just below a fishing becon.  I =
called him and worked him.  A great QSO over a difficult path.  It made =
my day and I really have to thank VQ9DX for his persistence in CQing at =
