Topband: JA stations this morning!

Some postings here lately, mainly from the US Topbanders, didn't mention
the time (UTC) when they worked and/or heard the DX. May I suggest to put
them in for the complete reference, please? 
Due to poor condx, not much to report here except I heard HL3IUA very
active on 1824 KHz, at around 2100z onwards, during the last two days.
