Hi friends,

Most of you know Alan (and his brother) as very active low band operators and 
contesters.
Alan had sent me a request about the "160M Balloon Antenna". I am sure that 
somebody is out here to help him with the following question:

""Rolf, I did inform you about my project of a balloon antenna for 160, 
calculation has been made and the result is that I do need a balloon of 
diameter 4 m.
Do you have an address stateside to help me to get on Topband?
