Topband: Delaware report -- first JA of season hrd

Heard a weak JA on 1911 today at 1144z, then a minute later 
JA1HQT was CQing on 1908.5, peaking 559. He stayed in till 1200z, but I
couldn't raise him. First JA heard this season here in Delaware.

VK6HD answered our CQ on 1827 at 1114z with a nice signal.

Sunrise today was at 1148z. I'll be QRV just about every day starting about
1100z or 1130z, till after sunrise. I usually call CQ around 1827 or 1829
kHz, in between tuning the band.
