Just saw this post from Fred K3ZO:

I have just received word from E21EIC about the frequencies to be used by
HS0AC and other stations in Thailand on 160 and 80 meters during the CQWW
CW Contest:

160: 1.824-1.826 MHz.
80:  3.524-3.526 and 3.534-3.536 MHz.
