Topband: A61AJ

This morning A61AJ was coming through very weak between 1500Z and 1530Z, 
QSB in and out of the noise.  Lots of CQing, but very much in the noise. 
About 3 dB more propagation would do it for solid West Coast QSOs.  If 
anyone works AJ on other bands, let Jeff know he was making it.
