Topband: JW5NM

[Bernie McClenny]

Mats, JW5NM, says he will be on 1830 between 03:00 and 05:00Z on October 8th.
Several West Coast US stations worked him today during this time frame.  I
listened on and off but never heard him here on the East Coast.
