Topband: ZK3CW on 160/80

Just talked to SM0AGD on 17M SSB tonite (10 October 0330Z).  He says that the 
inverted L is up for 80/160 and they will be QRV tonite using the same 
routine as at T31.  Look for them on top band starting 1030Z on 1825.
