Topband: on4un antenna ?

Hi all
I am modeling the short 40 ft vertical with a top hat from on4un newer low
band dx book
it states a 40 ft vertical with a top loading coil of 166 uh with a q of
200 for a hi power operation 
in a 55 turn #4 wire size on a 6 in dia form 12 in long but in theory the
wire dia itself will not allow that many turns even on top one another to
be feesable 
i also tried B&W to see if they can do it i know i cant seem to get there
even after all the electric motors i have wound hmmmmm any thought
