Topband: VK9LX

[BILL MCHUGH]

At 1134, VK9LX suddenly came right up to 569 and I was able to work him.
Right after my confirm, he was gone back into the noise, to reappear again
at 559 at 1139 when WS9V worked him.  Real rapid fade down and then a very
slow rise to copyable signals here.
My sunrise local is about 1120 or so-looks like signals are peaking just
after local sunrise on this path this AM

At 1143 as I type this, VK9LX is up to 589!!

Not a peep from KH2/K4SXT here this AM.
