Topband: Item of Interest to Top Banders

The ARRL Web Extra for October 29, 1999 has an item entitled  "Will the Real
HF Buzz Saw Please Stand Up?"

interest to Top Banders .  Seveal Top Banders in the US and Canada were
instrumental in assisting in bringing the 80M annoyance to a halt.  A
picture of a "very large" low frequency vertical array is included.  Note
that one of the planned "evaluation" frequencies does include the top end of
160M.
