I'm about to string a 1 wl Beverage through the woods oriented toward 
Europe, and would appreciate help with two quick questions.

In stringing the wire from tree to tree, how much deviation from a perfectly 
straight line is permissible?

What's the approximate velocity factor for garden variety 14AWG THHN 
insulated wire?
