Topband: Rx Antennas

This has probably been asked a 1000 times, here goes 1001.

I do not have room for a bev.
So I have been looking at EWE's and a K9AY loop.
Has anyone tried either or both. Are either worth the effort?

Any better suggestions for limited space?
