Topband: LFI

I've been toying with the idea of putting a beacon on 160. 
My location on the eastern tip of NA is ideal for an indicator 
of transatlantic openings. To reduce the potential for QRM 
I think it would be best to put it below 1805 and use QRP
about 1-10 watts.
