Topband: T31T Timing

The last few days T31T has be jumping between 80 (3.505) and 160. He will
operate on 80 for a while then announce qsy to 160, operate 160 for a while
then qsy to 80.
I can usually hear them very well on 80 and follow the qsy's

>From my qth, Tucson,AZ,  I noticed the following on T31T

Monday : Could just hear them not good enough to copy or call. A lot of
stations north of me were working him. CA stations were working him.

Tuesday : Heard them most of the night about 559 ( 3am to sunrise), really a
very good signal all night long.  Could hear them about 15 min after my
sunrise.

Wednesday: Could not hear them at all. Could hear midwest stations working
them, but not a whisper here.

Strange band no!
