Topband: Possible 1.8 MHz DGPS?

Picked this up on a shortwave utility list serve I receive.  Thought it
might be of interest to folks here.  Have any others heard these?

I listened to the wrong station when I answered Ekki's question. The short
MSK and QPSK bursts are DGPS stations.
