Topband: Ground buss for vertical

You can do it pretty easily by running a buss wire or a piece of soft drawn 
copper pipe to form a ring around the base of the vertical  and attaching the 
radials and the shield of the feedlin to it.  I used a piece of 2" copper 
strap around the base of my vertical.

You should use silver solder to attach the radials to the buss since 
copper/tin solder deteriorates when exposed to the elements.
