Topband: Hamming from A9

Hi Gang,

Considering a new assignment but first things first. 
Does anyone know the rules, regs, restrictions etc.
for Top Band operations from A9 - Bahrain?

Appreciate any info you may have regarding hamming
from A9.

Worked a new one last night - CE0ZY at his sunrise. 
My country #92 and zone #31.  If you need KH2 on top
band we should set up a sked in the near future.
