Topband: topbander`s setup listing

Wolf DF2PY commented on this a few days ago on another post.  What about
someone (I can't/don't know how) setting up a database similar to :
http://206.102.70.3/search.htm by N7ZO/N4ZR?  The database could be
designed to fit topband type stations.
