Topband: Meanook again

The Meanook K-indices are in for the first two weeks in January.  The
first week was pretty disturbed but the second week was somewhat better.
Only two day stand out for low K-sums, 5 and 6 on Jan. 9 and 15, resp.

Add 27 days and see what happens.
