Topband: More summer time DX

I have always been amazed that folks seem to be so 
location centered - after all during the Nothern hemisphere
winter it is SUMMER in the other half of the world - I guess
it is a good thing that VK6HD gets on the air in HIS summertime.

Of course for those stations on or near the equator it is 
sorta the same all year round.
