Topband: IMD on 1830

There is a new source of IMD on 1830. 

It is clearly two stations mixing, coming from north of me. It is only 
on after sunrise, and before sunset. One plays soul or gospel 
music.

If someone can help me get the call letters, I'll try to get it taken
