Friends in Radio Land -

The first two weeks of October were not shining examples of low magnetic
activity.  True, there were two days, the 2nd and 3rd, when the K-sums
were low, 4 and 3, respectively.  But the rest of the month, either side
of the PCA event of the 8th, were times of high activity.  

Well, "not exactly!"; the K-sums were 5 and 7 on the 14th and 15th.  But
there were some BAD times in between, with K's of 6, 7, and 8.

Add 27-28 days to those days cited above and see what you get.
