Topband: Peak 160 hours?

This is definitely a beginner/novice question, so be kind:

What are the peak hours for 160 contest? I'm trying to figure out how to schedule
ops for our neophyte multi-op this weekend and I'm guessing that somes times
are more prime than others. It would seem stupid to have somebody sitting in
the chair at high noon, for example, and equally dumb to leave the seat vacant
at midnite.
