Topband: Meanook again

Friends in Radio Land-

As I have said many times, magnetic activity peaks around the equinoxes
and this time was no exception.  So the low K-sums at Meanook were 10 and
11 on the 23rd and 24th of September.  Otherwise, the sums went from 15 to
42 (out of a possible 72),

Add 27-28 days to those dates and hope for the best, that polar paths will
be intact, for a change.
