Topband: PSK 31 on 160 Meters

Being new to the 160 meter band, I was wondering why I have not heard any
activity using the PSK31 mode on top band.  I tried a sked with another 
ham about 100 miles from my qth and it worked out quite well.  I would 
like to schedule a PSK31 experiment with another ham who is interested 
in seeing if this mode will work in an environment of high static levels 
and noise crashes.  Please email me if you are interested in trying out 
this mode on 160.  I am located in Northern New Jersey.
