Topband: East Timor station is heard

Dick, 4W/N6FF was heard today with 449 signal, QSB, in Cinere (until
1359Z)on 1827.5 up 5. Although the noise floor was at S7, I still had no
joy to call him. But, faintly I heard stations: K6UA dan K6TQ sending their
reports 559.
Don't know how much power does Dick use for topband operations or it's
because of the poor propagation to my direction. Happy chasing! 73 de Jo,
