Topband: East Timor DXpedition

Many of you are complaining about the times they have been on 160.  Now that
all antenna's are up they will be on 1,827.5 from their sunset until their
sunrise with short jaunts to 80.  Comments from both Europe and the US
indicate that they have selected a good frequency and I know that their Q
rate on Top Band will improve considerably starting tonight their time.
