East Timor Pilot Station Report of 12 October 2000

First off the guys are doing great but as you can imagine with just the two
of them they are really tired.

Big opening on 160 and they are putting a lot of EU's in log as I write
this. Problem is they also have a huge thunder storm passing through so a
lot of static crashes. The rain has been welcome as it has provided the
fresh water the soap bar and their bodies needed.

For you guys and gals that are begging for 80 contacts Dick said it is hard
to get off of 160 when it is open BUT he promises to spend more time on 80
during the last few days.

Logs are now on the web page, http://www.qth.com/k7bv/TIMOR/ Notice the
date on the main page as to the cutoff of these logs. When more are
received, they will be posted.

KU9C is the QSL manager.
