Dear All,
John Krause, W8JK, the famous electrical engineer from the Ohio State
University wrote about beverages (wave antennaas) in his classic
Electromagnetics, in 1952. I have a copy of that book that my late
father gave me years ago. John talks about, in great mathematical
detail, the propagation through air and adjacent media of various
dilectric constants for the "wave" antenna. These phenomena are the
basis of how beverage antennas work, and are based on the laws of
physics.
Sincerely,
John, W4NU
