Topband: Hybrid Coupler

I believe (but may be mistaken) that the hybrid coupler made of L's and C's as
described in ON4UN's book are useful only for a single band. Within the confines
of that single band the data presented in the book would suggest they are
broadband in nature as you have noted. Looks like the phase only varies +/- 3
degrees over the whole 75/80M band.
