Hi Milt and Tom and the Topband gang,

As an ex ZS operator I agree with Tom on this one.  In fact picking out the
10 watters would have been nigh on impossible from ZS.  Plenty of high power
stations gives the ops in the low population density parts of the world
something to work, where there would otherwise be nothing.
