Topband: 1999 SPDC Certificate Winners

    SPDC Participants:

    Certificates will be awarded to each of the Grid Field winners
    worldwide who have NOT won a plaque and have obtained
    a minimum score of 500 points.

    In addition, based on the number of participants and scores,
    all those who have achieved a minimum score of 1,000 points will
    win a certificate if they did not win a plaque. These will be shown 
    as 1st, end, 3rd, etc., place winners in their Grid Field.
