Topband: Meanook again

Friends in Radio Land-

The Meanoon K-data is in hand again and the K-sums were the lowest, 8 and
6, on September 10 and 11.  Hope for more magnetic quiet in 27-28 days
after those dates.

Otherwise the K-sums ranged from 12 to 33, no great joy to behold.
