Stratwarm Alert
Stratwarm Exists Tuesday

Comment: In the middle and upper stratosphere a strong temperature
increasing during one week is observed over Siberia/ north eastern
Asia and a reversed temperature gradient between 60N and the North
Pole is expected within the next 5 days. Stratospheric warming in
the upper stratosphere in progress.

I welcome any observations and comments on this as it relates to
any radio propagation experiences in the next five days.  I would
like to write about it in an upcoming edition of the Propagation
Column of CQ Magazine.  I am researching this as much as I can, to
share whatever I can find with the community.
